Return Policy

Here at Figures Plus Collection we offer seamless shopping experiences with fast fulfillment and excellent customer service. If you are not happy with your item(s), we are here to assist you with returns and exchanges.


Returns:
Eligibility- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in
the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original
packaging, with all tags attached.


Time Frame

·       Local (Jamaica) - You have 2 days from the date of purchase to return
items. Items that are tried on in store are not qualified for an exchange. 

·       International (outside Jamaica) - You have 3 days from date of purchase to
return items. Exchanges are currently unavailable. 


Store Credit-We do not offer REFUNDS.

A receipt or order number of proof of purchase is required for all returns. Once item(s) is returned, accepted and processed a store credit is issued via email . This amount can be used for future purchases. Processing time is normally 2 business days. Please note the Non-Returnable Items:
             - Sale items
             - Gift cards
             -Jewelry 
             - Intimate apparel such as underwear and swimwear
             -White clothing 
             -Worn items, scents, stains deodorant 
             -Final Sale/Clearance Items (Once items have been discounted /coupon code
used they are not eligible for return).

Exchanges are for local (Jamaica ) 
Size Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please
contact us through our email or phone. We will provide instructions for the exchange process. If the item is not available in the size, you wish to exchange then a store credit will be issued. Once we are contacted within the stipulated timeframe. 

Defective or Damaged Items

 We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. All costs associated with shipping will be covered by us. If the wrong item is sent by us we will cover the return cost. 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The return shipping address will be given in the email of correspondent.
